Agenda, Calendar Feed Screen Saver Software Help.

Hello,

I am looking for a Mac OS X app that will display a todo list or calendar event information something similar to the RSS Feed Screen Saver or show events or todo's large on the desktop or log in screen. My goal is to use a HDTV to display a Mac connected too make the display more functional for everyday use.

Are you saying you just want the TV to be showing upcoming events and reminders in some way? Is the Mac to be used for anything else?

Yes not going to use the Mac for anything else. I looked into Notification Center but it does not have the capability to constantly stay open.

I think the simplest thing to do would be use Split View to put the Calendar app (in "Day" view) on one side and the Reminders app (showing the "Scheduled" list) on the other side.

Thank you for the reply. Not quite the solution I am looking for. Something that could act as a maximized Notification center but transparent enough so that the background wall paper shows through. I am still searching please share any additional ideas you have thank you.

No Mac ideas. Some versions of Linux can be configured similarly to what you're asking…Linux Mint can do this.
