I was browsing through my system preferences and saw something unusual. Under my sound menu, there was not only my Internal Speakers - Built in Output, but there is also an "XYAggregateAudio406." I don't know what it is, but i suppose there is a driver somewhere for it that i should remove somehow to get it off? Any ideas? Photo attached.

Also, one thing i forgot to mention, is that when this "device" is selected, the volume locks at full blast, and you are unable to adjust it until you change the device back to built-in output (Internal Speakers).
