i seem to have either a stuck or dead pixel in my macbook. how can i tell if it is stuck or dead. and also what are some methods to revive a stuck pixel. (i have tried a damp cloth, massaging, and the flashy video thing)

If it's always one color (red, green, blue, or occasionally some combination of two of those), then it's stuck. If it's always black, it's dead. That simple.drummerbooker14 said:

well it seems to be red and blue, because it blends with those colors in the flashy video, but not green. so does that give me any hope
