iPod touch AIM files in iTunes ?

I"m looking for the files from my AIM Instant Messages in iTunes, but can't seem to find them. Does anyone know where I can find them? (I have some saved IM's that I have not deleted)

No one I guess ? 🙁 I don't want to erase them, they're like a "diary" if you will of the last 9 months, and I'd like to free up the space in my iTouch)
