AIM over EDGE?

How snappy will AIM be over EDGE? I don't that AIM would use that much bandwidth...

Aim works fine on Sidekicks which have edge or whatever T-Mobile's comparable service is.

Furthermore, AIM was on the older Sidekicks, which were on GPRS, and it worked fine.

So EDGE is overkill for AIM. In other words, worry about bigger things, not AIM 🙂
