Air 13 & 11 Front Side Bus Speed Make a Big Difference?

I noticed that the Air 13 and 11 inchers have a 1066 mhz vs 800 mhz front side bus (FSB) respectively.

I'm not really a tech person, so I wanted to ask whether that makes any difference?

You won't notice. The 11" is surprisingly fast.
