Right bumping my own blank thread I've recently bought a air 2(dec 14 build) I'm abit concerned about my screen it seems grainy flat & generally lifeless compare to the mini 2 (I'm aware of the anti reflection)

At full brightness I've noticed icons almost disappear around the edges like the Twitter below but I can get the same effect with anything it worse at lower levels

Does this seem odd or is this partly normal of the air 2

Thanks

I'd personally compare your screen with another before deciding there's something wrong with yours. Take your device to an Apple store or some place that sells iPad's and compare the two. As far as a grainy look, i've NEVER seen that on ANY iPad and I own several.

That said all iPad screens pale in comparison to what Samsung has done with their S-Tab line of tablets.

If anyone is interested I got a replacement which is a massive improvement just goes to show not all iPads are created equal
