The new Bose released last week. The ANC is absolutely insane. Bose really did a nice job improving the ANC and the form factor. I have been using mine for a few days and like them quite a bit. Sound quality is typical bose which is to say sculpted, fun, not particularly accurate or balanced but very good. I have noticed some software gremlins making the app and my BT connection unstable. Presumably, Bose will work these kinks out and they are not deal breakers to me. The lack of multi-point is potentially a deal breaker however.
So, how will the new APP compare? They are cheaper and will play nicer with iphones. But will the ANC and sound quality be as good? I have the APP on order from Amazon and hope to compare them with the loser being returned.
