Airdrop in DP4 works with iOS7.1

So I just went to send a photo to my iPad from my iPhone, both running 7.1, and my MacBook Air, running Yosemite DP4 popped up in the Airdrop window. I tapped it, and lo & behold, the picture sent across without any problems.

I can confirm this.
Yosemite DP4 and iOS 7.1.1 works perfect.

But the funny thing is that AirDrop between DP4 and iOS 8.0 beta 4 doesn't work. 😀

Is that a 2012 rMBP or a 2013?

2013 should have full Airdrop, while 2012 likely not

I believe both the 2012 and 2013 have "full" AirDrop 🙂

As for mine, it's the 2013 model.
