Airfoil problem: Audio delay in Firefox

Hi

I'm running Airfoil to send audio from my computer to my Airport Express. There's an audio delay, which I can compensate for in the vlc player but when playing clips from YouTube I can't seem to compensate in any way?

I've been looking into an app called QT Sync, but I can't seem to figure out if this program is the answer?

Any thoughts?
