Airplane mode toggle complaint

When I turn airplane mode on on my phone, it automatically turns it on on the watch. Great.


But when I turn it *off* on my phone, Airplane mode stays on on my watch. Why? That’s inconvenient and counterintuitive.


I’ve had my series4 since October, and it took me months to realize why I sometimes wasn’t getting notifications on my watch.

This has been mentioned so many times on here recently.

Once the watch is disconnected how is it meant to know that Airplane Mode has been deactivated on the phone… It just can’t.
