Airplay Glitch?

In the video posted by Apple it says that during Airplay you can also surf the web and look at email.

I have been trying to open Safari but everytime I do it stops the movie I am playing from the iPad to the AppleTV, mail works fine but it refuses to work with Safari.

I am doing it exactly like the video says but no joy.

Anyone else having any problems?
