Airplay Mirroring Desktop Down?

So almost every day I Airplay Mirror my 2011 Mac Mini's Desktop to my TV via ATV3 - Tonight I am only getting audio from my computer and a black screen. I can hear the audio perfect, but no picture at all.

I've never had an issue with this until now. I tested - If I Airplay via my iTunes on the same Mac Mini I can play movies / tv shows, If I Airplay via my iPad or iPhone, it works perfectly.

Anyone else experiencing this or can tell me what's going on?

Do a Mini Cold Boot.

Tried the cold reboot. Still the same. I choose the ATV for mirroring and the TV flashes and then goes black. When i adjust the volume, sound goes through the TV.

I know it's not the TV or ATV because I tried it with a Macbook Air right after and it worked perfectly.

Any other ideas?

Are you running Mavericks on your Mini? Airplay mirroring broke in DP6

Nope - still using 10.8.4
