Airplay mirroring sound stays

After I turn off APM the sound continues to play on my TV. THis just a bug? Or is there a setting I"m missing somewhere?

Also I'm sure this has been answered, but anyway to just have a duel display? LIke play a movie on my tv from my mac and work on something else? Or is it strictly Mirroring? (like the name implies) 🙂

it's a bug. Sometimes the reverse happens also (turn on mirroring, and the video goes to the TV but the sound stays on internal speakers).

You can play a movie in iTunes and send that over airplay to your TV and continue to use your Mac desktop as per normal. To do this don't mirror the desktop using the menubar icon, use the airplay icon in the control bar of the iTunes movie player window.
