Airplay NOT showing image

I'm using the GM of Mountain Lion on my iMac mid 2011, and trying to do mirroring on my Apple Tv (3rd gen), I can hear the sound but no image (nothing changes on the screen, nothing!), if i go through iTunes I can select to show a video on my Apple Tv and it will work with no problem, but that's it!

Any ideas how to fix this? I'm on the latest beta 2 on my Apple tv also.

well nevermind i've found the problem, for some reason it was uTorrent, when I close it everything works fine, but if i try to use airplay and uTorrent is open it won't work.
