This just popped up while I was doing something totally unrelated (browsing this website, in fact). I don’t have my Apple TV on, and wasn’t doing anything related to watching a video or anything. Cause for concern? I believe it’s happened once or twice before.

Deny this for now. Review the list of applications requesting access in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen & System Audio Recording. Any application that is turned off should be reviewed. Do you have a dock attached to your Mac? Are you or have you connected to any displays/tv using Bluetooth/WiFi?
