When streaming Apple Music to my Apple TV the AirPlay stops every time my screen goes to sleep. Is there a setting I'm missing? (I'm assuming I'm the only one with this issue as I haven't seen it here - but I may have missed it).

Having the same issue. I heard it might have something to do with the Live Wallpaper. Some had success doing a hard reset on their device (hold down the lock button and home button until it restarts). Apple definitely broke AirPlay with this update.

Yes, frustratingly, I have this too. I'd assumed it was something to do with the new Apple TV, but when I switched back to the old one it's happening there, too. Isn't happening on any of my other AirPlay speakers in the house – just the Apple TV (I have mine hooked in to a receiving amp, via HDMI).

*sigh* AirPlay has always been flakey, one way or another.

Restarting my phone didn't help and I don't use live wallpapers.

There *is* a workaround: if you lock the screen so the music stops, then immediately press the wake/sleep button again so that the audio controls appear… restart the music from the lock screen then let the lock screen go off of its own accord (takes a few seconds)… the music won't switch off when the screen does.

I have filed feedback at Apple.com/feedback for the Apple TV.

    Here's hoping.
