Ok, I want to stream video to my apple TV via LTE Hotspot without using my limited hotspot data allowance and instead using my regular LTE data, is that possible?

I tried mirroring my phone via airplay while on the hotspot but the video doesn't show up, only audio.

I noticed when I stream it's using my hotspot data instead of my regular LTE data....

You'd need to jailbreak your iPhone and find a way to bypass the hotspot data tracking. There's no simple switch to flip to bypass that unless you jailbreak (if someone has even figured it out). The phone knows when you're using hotspot, so does the carrier since the phone checks in to see if hotspot is enabled on your account.

In fact, this may be considered a hack and it may be against the TOS of the site to discuss it.
