Hey guys, has anyone else noticed a loose hinge on their AirPods? Mine is loose enough that it moves right to left and creaks when it does it. I've contacted Apple support and will report back my results.

Same here actually.
Started last nite, and got them on monday at the store.
Other than, I absolutely love the AirPods!
Gotta swing by the Apple Store later today, I'll show them, but not expecting anything as their stock is probably near zero!

Mine is creaking, I keep the case in my pocket when not in use which could play into it. I will say though, I just bought some foam covers for the perks that come with those and it has made the fit more snug. Foam isn't for everyone, but if you're experiencing this I would recommend it.

@offmertz - could you provide information in regard to the foams you purchased, please?

Absolutely! The foams I'm referring to are simple covers that old earbuds used to be equipped with.

Here is the amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DW1X5JC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They add bass, better fit, and keep your case snug like I mentioned before. The IR sensors can be finicky, but they seem to work most of the time. Someone else burnt holes in their's like the video up above shows, but I haven't done that quite yet.

I'm not an audiophile, but I will say this: It was difficult to find the right volume with my car windows down, and I could hear people when listening before the foams, and now I can't hear people and the foam blocks wind so I don't have to blast the volume with my windows down. Hope this helps.

Here's a couple pictures:
