AirPod Pro 2 - Hey Siri not working?

Has anyone noticed this? Just got AirPod Pro 2. On my old AirPod Peo hey siri worked great. However on the AirPod Pro 2 it rarely seems to work?

I have enabled and disable Siri and reset up to no avail.
 
If you use the button instead of hey siri does it work? Listen for hey siri and allow Siri when locked are both enabled?
