So while waiting for a 3rd party to release better fitting/more comfortable tips(comply) I found a old pair of Comply TX400 tips. Of course they dont fit the air pods. But, I figured out a way to sort of use them.
1) remove inner mesh ear wax protector
2) cut in half
3) invert AirPods tip while still attached to airpod
4) carefully thread the AirPods tip through the comply tip and re invert and smooth out.

For me a better and more comfortable fit.
They do not interfere with charging at all

PS still cant pass the fit test.

Interesting do these help the AirPods pro stay in your ear? Mine keep falling out.

Have done the same. Still not passing well the fit test. But never had the problem that my APP fell out of my ears. Neither with or without these extra foam tips attached.
