Airpod Pro - My noise cancellation doesn't cancel completely?

More people have an issue where the ANC stops working (a bit) on 1 ear? I had this before and had to call Apple Support to fully reset the AirPods Max. Very annoying for a new product. It now happens every now and then again.

I too picked up memory foam tips (the ones from Comply). They feel great in my ears, and I'm not constantly fiddling with position of them. The weird thing for me is the constantly fail the Apple fit test, yet to my ears the ANC seems a lot better with the foam tips, despite them failing the fit test.

My story is identical to yours, but mine started falling the test after only a week. Now, both sides always fail, regardless of which tips I use.
