AirPod Pro - Text Message Announcements

Does/Did anyone have the same problem I have, where when listening to music at a low volume, when it auto reads text messages the music volume jumps really loud, and it doesn't pause the music while reading the message (so quiet it is muffled behind the music playing)?

If anyone has a solution it would be helpful. I am on the latest Airpod Pro firmware.

Thank you. This did solve the problem where I wasn't able to hear the messages.

I still have 2 issues:

1. When a message comes in the music playing volume jumps loud then drops down to the Siri set volume
2. Music is not pausing while playing the message, so it is an overlaid mess of garbage.
