Airpod Pro Voice Calls - Background Noise

Hi Guys,

My biggest complaint with the Airpod Pro is whenever I am on a call, the other person will say "where are you?" all I can hear is the kid talking in the background and you sound distant. Has anyone else found that it tends to focus a lot on background noise?

I really do not feel comfortable using Airpods for important business calls due to this issue.
