AirPods 2 HATE!!!

do you have such problems with the airpods 2 under ios 12.2 ...?

According to the iPhone they are paired but then take no orders after a terminated call ... neither over hey siri or double tap ..

Airpods have already been replaced by Apple and the error has been detected on 2 iPhones

also have the airpods 1
everything works fine

have an iphone xs

Nope. Love they Siri without double tap. Works >95% of the time.

and how is it a user fault when the product doesnt do anything when tapping it? not to mention that the user has already another pair (gen1) which work flawlessly. just a simple educated quess - the user knows how to use the product, right?

have you tried unpaired them and reconnect? (both of them, gen1 and gen2 and then only pair the phone with gen2)
