Airpods 2 multipoint with Windows?

Heavy Airpods 2 user here. Have Pro and Gen 3 but really like Gen 2. Sometimes use 2 sets of airpods 2 simultaneously, one connected to laptop for dictation and one connected to Iphone.

Recently bought a Sony XM5 which supports simultaneous connection to a Windows computer and Iphone, they call it multipoint.
Sometimes I see my Windows computer exhibits this behavior with Dragon dictation software and Airpods, which is very useful for my work. Not sure if there is software for Windows to force this feature to work consistently with Airpods 2 and an Iphone.

Any other small headphones that have multipoint and good microphone?

I don’t think apple airpods work multipoint outside same cloud account. I use Samsung buds pro with work laptop and they are ok in terms of call quality in quiet environment.
