Does anyone know how to connect the Airpods 3 to Big Sur? I've tried manually connecting in Bluetooth settings and nothing happens! I know Apple says they require Monterey, but has anyone had any luck using a previous OS? My mac (mid 2014 15" MBP) doesn't support Monterey!
