Upgraded from the 2 Sunday boy what an improvement! Sound is nicer as it feels like I am actually in the movie! Anyways some questions.

1) Does this one acccept pings regularly? The find my devices app indicates regular pings from my iPad or Mac when I am at work while the 2nd generation did not do this.
2) Is there a way to adjust the volume from the AirPods or do I have to use the Apple device to do so?

Hi. See picture. I did not use AirPods 6 hours ago but more than 12 hours ago. AirPods 2 did not regularly ping like this one is doing.
