I use mine all the time for work and gym, I find them to have no friction issues.

Vs pull my iPhone out my pocket, swipe down, hold AirPods symbol, select transparency, put phone away.

Vs pull AirPod out. I think your way is the harder way, also why do yanks keep using 'thru' it's not a word, the correct word is through.

When publicly admonishing others, best to make sure you're actually correct. :D

"Thru" is a recognized informal variation of "through", and thus is in fact a word.

If you still feel otherwise, please raise your concerns to Messrs Merriam and Webster.

Even easier with an apple watch. You just tap the airplay button, and you get the 3 modes instantly. No need to even take out your phone.

Picked up a pair of pros with MagSafe case on Amazon for £185. That is good enough for me and I’m not fussed if they change the desigh i’m not one of those people that must have the latest because it’s not always the greatest. Anyway they fit well they sound great I love the functionality that’s all I need oh and AppleCare for 29 quid for extra protection.

I can not use regular ones they fall out of my ears so I would never consider any model except the Pros.
If you dont like how they fit you can order foam tips on amazon that can make it more pleasant. I use both original and foam ones interchangeably depending on my mood of the day.

Sound quality for the AirPods 3 is much better than throes, especially the bass.

I'm still trying to decide between AP3 and APP and wondering if anyone can advise how much difference there is between the two in blocking wind noise outside? I currently have 1st gen AirPods and use them to listen to podcasts while going for walks outside, and when it's windy out, I can barely hear anything without turning the volume way up. Have there been any improvements in 3rd gen over 1st in this regard? Or would I need the Pros to block wind noise? I only ever listen on them, never make phone calls.

The shape of my ear does not allow for the AP's to stay in place. They fall out extremely easily. The pro's with the silicon tips fit in my ear canals fine.
