I was going to succumb to the scalpers as i wanted a pair for my wife as an xmas gift but had an interview for a new job on the day they went on sale. So glad i caught these. hopefully they actually have them and get them to me asap.
really my best buy order says 22nd maybe you missed the 22nd delivery date by a minute or two.
Most likely and thats ok. Just glad to have an order in and a confirmed pair before Christmas as a gift for someone.
I already have a pair and was going to snag a 2nd set to give as a Christmas gift. No big deal really just wanted to post so others don't waste their time looking because they are back out of stock..

I have a pair in cart at BB that says expected to ship Feb 9. Do they ship right away anyway or is this something new

I ordered a pair yesterday with a February date - they shipped today via Next Day Air. Just ordered another (same Feb date) - hoping they ship tomorrow so I can have both before Christmas.

i got mine order in today at Best Buy when showed i would get by 12/27. Best Buy already charged debit card and got e-mail confirmation from Best Buy. Went to look at status and showing Backordered. Oh well.
Bad part is they hit my debit card before shipping. They should at least reverse the charge if not really shipping.

But as someone mentioned on another thread, these hark back to Apple's past when everything was simple, easy and just worked. Geeky me doesn't mind tweaking settings and being patient, but my wife has no tolerance for all that nonsense. Past bluetooth headsets have been abandoned because they never paired reliably, sounded terrible or were just plain-old awkward for everyday use. These are different.
Happily I scored another pair in the last hour (thank you iStockNow!!!). They popped up in Atlanta for all of 3 minutes and were then gone.
Now to plot a furtive trip downtown to pick them up!

I ordered when they said 12/23 and it showed get it by 12/23 on the order status page, but now it's showing backordered. The order status page still shows get it by 12/23. But it also keeps flip-flopping back to in progress. I don't know. We'll see what happens.
