Airpods Max Keeps Shutting Off

After leaving the APM idle for a bit, when I come back, the Airpods Max is in ultra low power mode (transparency/ANC not working). I have to manually repair each time now. Anyone else having the same issue? Yes, the APM has a full charge and it still happens.

Try resetting it, and you can use warranty if it still happens.
do you have a magnetic lightning port plug? Have heard that can cause issues like this.

im just passed the warranty. i have tried resetting, manual reset, everything.

whats a magnetic lightning port? i charge via standard lightning cable.

nobody else is having this issue? from what i was told by Apple support they indicated others were having this issue.
