AirPods Max - low sound

Sorry if this has been posted, but I can’t figure this out lately. My airpodsmax lately have a low sound. I have looked this up online, and can’t find a solution. This is with my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone. Any tips? Thanks yall

Has “reduce loud sounds” been activated in Settings -> Sounds & Haptics -> Headphone safety?
