Hi folks,

This is my first pair of AirPods which I will be hopefully keeping

May I ask everyone how they feel in their ear when the stem is touched

The reason I ask is because when I touch my left stem, it feels like it could just fall out

I placed both in my ears and shook my head and side nodded my head left to right and they didn’t move.

But as soon as I touch the stem it moves and feels like it could just become slack and fall out.

I have tried all the other sizes, and get the same issues with them all, are they supposed to be pushed right in?

Sorry AirPods novice here 🙂

Pro models are supposed to go further inside the ear as opposed to resting on the outside like non-pro models. Obviously different ear shapes and even weather can affect fit (i.e. cold weather makes them less grippy). A good tip for those that wear a lot of in-ear headphones or ear plugs is, grab the top most part of your ear and gently pull up and back while putting them in place. A lot of folks think ear canals are completely horizontal but they are actually angled so the stems should be titled towards the front of your face more or less.
