Hi - I was wondering if anyone has this issue. I think it's a software thing which may be fixed with updates but wanted to hear your thoughts. I have had the APP 2 since launch. they work great but from time to time, the music or podcast/audiobook whatever, suddenly becomes garbled. It's as if the sound / whatever is playing SLOWS DOWN and it just becomes staticy and weird.

I'd say in the past month it's happened about 3-4 times. It's annoying when it does because it requires the buds to go back in the case and come out and generally it's fine.

Has this happened to anyone? i have apple care on them so i'm not super fussed because i know they will get fixed if it's an issue but is it an issue that's been fixed?

I have, but it only last for a few seconds and then it goes back to normal. I chalked it up to bug they will fix.. i surely am not buying a v.3 set to fix it.

This happens to me during my walks. Doesn’t matter which song or album, or which stereo settings or transparency settings I’m using, it always happens. Just for like a second or two at a time, and usually only in one ear or the other, the music will suddenly change quality and volume. There seems to be no consistency, just happens at random times. It is driving me crazy. My first gen AirPods Pro never did anything like this at all. It’s so annoying I was gonna go to the store and get a warranty replacement this weekend.

Seems we aren't alone then!

If you do happen to go, would be good to hear what the outcome is?

On another note, i wonder if the new firmware update helped?
