So I'm in that stage wondering if $310+ is worth it for ANC and water resistance when I still have my Airpods 2. But with AppleCare is this worth it?

whether it for Air Pods, or, some thing more substantial.

insurance is always worth it in two circumstances:

1 its always worth it if you can not afford to buy another one.

2 its always worth it if you want to have mental reassurance that if something were to happen, its covered.

insurance is about odds. odds of some event happening to you.

i always insurance, as i can not always afford new ones in the event something happens, and i want the peace of mind.
therefore i always just factor apple care(+) into all purchases, especially electronics.
if after factoring in insurance, if i cant afford the total cost, then i really cant afford to buy it in the first place.

If the battery starts reducing in duration after 1 year... do you have to pay 29 bucks to replace each bud? Is that how it works?
