AirPods Pro for instrumental music

Do AirPods Pro have the typical "v-shape" sound of mass consumer headphones? Would these be good for instrumental music like classical, film scores, jazz, blues? I am not a "bass head" so I don't want the low end to over power the mid and high frequencies.

I have found them very pleasing for classical and jazz. Very well balanced, especially the Master Quality tracks on Tidal.
