Airpods Pro Hey Siri Glitch

I’ve been having hey siri responding with pure static sounds on two different sets of Airpods Pro. Tried repairing and same thing happens. Anyone else have this issue? Seems to fix it after a reboot of my phone but it just comes back.

Only issue I have is having to speak loudly outside for Siri to hear me. Use Siri extensively with my APP. Not experienced a static issue.

For me it takes for ever for Siri to speak after asking the question. Then Siri won’t turn off and play back my music until I open my phone.

same. Actually it does the same without AirPods. Probably a 13.2 issue.
