I noticed that the small copper slats at the bottom of the wireless charging box tend to scratch the chrome part of the earphones by inserting and removing them. Have you noticed too?🤔

Exactly, however, if they had used a matte finish they would have neutralized the problem! I hate chrome, it gets scratched looking at it !!!🙈

there I noticed in the sunlight while I cleaned them! I hate scratches in general, I'm a person who likes to handle things well

Omg. Mine, too!

On the phone with Apple support right and demanding a brand new set.

Gonna check everything I own, even my car, for micro scratches and demand they all be replaced if I find any.
