I can not turn off noise control on my AirPods. When I try to turn it off I hear a different sound I have not heard before and goes back to the last used noise control setting. I have reset my AirPods Pro’s to factory settings and it still does not let me turn off lose control. Am
I doing something wrong. Thanks in advance.
 
Hey, if you scroll down on your airpods settings, there should be a new option labeled "Show Off Listening Mode". That should allow you to turn all listening modes off. That being said, I'm currently having an issue where my airpods automatically switch back to transparency mode even if I set listening modes to off.

I do not see the option.
