The app still says 31 Oct.
But the notification I got says 30 Oct. So does the tracking email from Apple
Ha! You are right! Email says 30th app says 31st. Well here’s hoping it gets delivered tomorrow.

Waiting for my Apple Pay payment to be blocked, as there is a £30 limit with contactless payments here, and I forgot about it. Can’t do anything to change my payment method until it’s processed.

You’re fine. £30 limit doesn’t apply with Apple. Use Apple Pay for iPhone preorders all the time
