AirPods Pro paired to Apple TV 4K - AV lag issues

Has anyone else been using AirPods Pro with their ATV4K? Mine are not usable due to a significant lag. I've tried un-pairing and re-pairing, quitting apps, restarting everything, updating to the beta tvOS, etc.

Nothing has worked so far...
