Airpods pro - pressure w noise cancelling

Was wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me. When music stops playing or when im at the beginning or end of a track, i notice there is pressure buildup. My guess is that there is less air pass thru. Anyone else feel this way? It is mildly unpleasant between tracks.

It’s normal with ANC headphones in general. Bothers some but, not others.

I'd go further and say it's normal with any type of plug that seals your ear.

…this phenomen is typical with NC – apple managed it to be less an effect but it may be still kind of distracting.
