AirPods With Cameras Could Arrive Sooner Than Expected

Doesn't matter if these can actually record anything or save images. Once people catch wind of "cameras" in them, I'm certain it will result in an effective ban on all AirPods in places like locker rooms and such. Not particularly happy here.

This is a really overlooked point that I honestly think should make companies not put cameras in earbuds for any reason.

How about we stop jamming cameras in every possible location?

Could we stop trying to document every bloody thing happening every microsecond everywhere on the planet?

It’s like everybody missed all the memos about a hyper dystopia surveillance state.

Really feels like a “solution looking for a problem” to me.

Yeah I still don’t really get it, but I also haven’t bought AirPods Pro 3 because I’m wondering whether this other product will be compelling.
