Proposed network -

First Airport Express Base Station (AEBS) - connected to a cable modem (internet access) by ethernet and WDS option selected.

Second AEBS - in another room, set as a remote station, and connected by ethernet to a Bondi iMac (OS 9.2.2).

The connection between the AEBSs being wireless.

The AEBSs will be set by an iBook with OSX 10.4.

Is OSX 10.3/10.4 only required because of the need to set AEBSs using Airport Admin/Utility, ie will the Bondi be able to access the internet using this network?

Thank you for your help.

Thank you mad jew.

Makes sense that the Bondi should connect, I was just worried the OSX 10.3/10.4 requirement had something to do with communication.

Cheers.

aslong as you are using TCP/IP (which apple has used since i can remember) you are going to be fine hahaha. no problems at all
