I have a slight "challenge" with using and Airport and Apple TV and streaming Spotify audio at the same time to them.

Essentially this weekend (time is against me) I want to stream music from either an iPad, Laptop on Windows 7, or if necessary a 2008 Macbook (10.5.8) (which I can borrow) using either the Spotify App or the desktop program to both an Apple TV and an Airplay which are both connected to speakers in different rooms. It seems I can only stream to one of these from an iOS device, and I don't want to use iTunes.

Currently my only solution is to purchase Airfoil, but at $25 its quite steep just for one afternoon. I've looked at Porthole too. Ideally I'd like to use the windows laptop.

Are there any other creative solutions that I've not thought about?!

Thanks

Airfoil does exactly what you want. It's worth the money.

Can't think of another intermediate solution, I use Airfoil to do the exact same thing in my house. Spotify multi-destination output with airplay to Apple TV works great.
