Dropped my boss's computer off to get a hinge replacement after the computer fell. Once we got the computer back, airport no longer sees any networks. Not just my network, but the 4+ other ones in the area. Two other macbooks, an iphone and three apple tvs all can read and work off the network just fine.
My boss took the computer back to the apple store and she says that everything was supposedly working fine at the store and they are telling her to contact our ISP.

System profiler shows the card, and I do have the option of manually entering networks, but that of course never works. I am frustrated with the mac store simply saying, "not our problem" when I'm pretty convinced this is an issue with the computer and not my router. Should I just reinstall the OS???

Maybe in replacing the screen, they didn't reconnect the antenna properly. It happens sometimes.
