I had a PC, MacBook and G4 all connected to a WDS consisting of Apple Extreme Base Station (802.11n) and two Expresses (connected to the net via a Speedtouch ADSL router with wi-fi turned off). It was a very temperamental network.

I decided to upgrade my PCs card to 802.11n so that it and my MacBook could take advantage of draft n. I then set up a 802.11g network between my ADSL router and connected one of my Airport Express units so that I might still be able to play music via Airtunes. However whenever I try and connect to the Airtunes Express from my PC my network speed drops from a 130mbps connection to 6.5mbps.

Any idea why this happens and what I can do to stop it?

Thank you
