It is in the Utilities folder in Applications, alternatively you could type in Airport in Finder :D

I thought that it no longer exists in Leopard. Its built into AIRPORT UTILITY and Finder.

Do you have the disc that came with your AirPort? I have 10.5.2 and Disk Utility wasn't in my Utilities folder until I ran the AirPort CD-Rom.

If you hit the Apple Key and Space Bar at the same time, this will bring up Spotlight.

Then, all you have to do is type what you are looking for.

It will either find it, or it will not find it, but it is the quickest and easiest way to locate things on your Mac.
