I updated my 10.5.6 leopard (macbook pro, core 2 duo) with the quicktime 7.6 update.
A cuple of hours later, i had a bad crash and had to force quite (pressing the power button for 10 seconds).
Since then, my airport won't turn on. I can click as many as i want on "turn airport on" -- it won't turn on.
I tried reboots, clear caches, repair permissions -- but still, the problem is there.
I'm not sure if it has to do with the Quicktime update, but it's suspicious. I also read in another forum that somebody had the same issue.
Anybody else with this problem? What could solve it? Thanks.

i switched my computer off for 1 hour. upon restart, it worked again. weird.
