Airport Errors randomly :(

Does anyone know what these two errors mean? I literally haven't changed anything about the internet in two months yet the base station is giving me this:

How's your AirPort connected to the Internet?
I'd start from resolving the Double NAT issue first, missing DNS can be consequential error.
